5. Payment and Refunds

Payment for services is required in advance, as specified on our website. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other online payment methods. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), unless otherwise stated.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Course Materials: Refunds for online course materials are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
• Coaching Sessions: Refunds for coaching sessions are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
• Resume/Cover Letter Review: Refunds for resume and cover letter reviews are not available once the review process has commenced.
